Does not sync, no reply from email

So I used to love this app when my information would sync across all my devices. It’s been 2 years.... and no reply from customer support despite 3 email complaints. Time to look for another password app... so sad, such a let down... things were so good but not anymore!!!
Nightmare UI with 20+ Groups ?

The UI sluggish and cumbersome when have 20+ group!!! No menu or list allow jump to long group list but must scroll through one-by-one. I am surprise developer ignore this for years ☹️

Well new update now allows me to restore to my iPad from my iPhone account. It says it is updated and I need to restart tiny password for changes to take affect. But alas the iPad version still has the original 22 entries instead of the 28 entries I have on my iPhone. But at least it recognizes the file and attempts to work. Almost there. Maybe when you update the app for iOS 12 you'll actually get it to work!

newest version do not sync iphone and ipad using dropbox. it was working fine when i manually sync

I have used on iPad and it is a handy tool. However, I just tried to use it on iPhone and link to existent files on iPad. The website link they gave does not exist and I could not contact them on website. Fix this please.

I love this app but if they made one change it would be my all-time favorite password keeper. If you had the option of using a numeric keypad to enter your master password when launching the app, I would definitely give this 5 stars

The only criticism I have is that, the images I save are blurred. Sometime the scanned pictures appear better than the ones taken by the camera. The pictures are clear when they are taken, but viewing, it is hard to see the details. Aside from that everything else is customizable which is great!
