Confused about how to play

I don't know about this game, am trying it out. Have noticed that it Speaks or text Chinese or Japanese Language to you that you can't even Read! The game needs to be in ENGLISH! Speaking. Am still trying to figure out how to play this game. I don't like the fact that you have to pay with your own money to play the game like FarmVille! I am NOT going to do that!
Way too many bugs.

I Installed the game today, played for a little bit and found that it was alright. When I reppened the app, the game center popped up and I wasn't able to get out of that, then when i went back into the game, it completely froze. I exited and reloaded it, and it had all my cars there, but the tutorial started over and wouldn't do anything. Fix the game, and I will redownload it. Otherwise, I don't recommend this game.
