Love this calendar! My only complaint is I hate how events that last past midnight are automatically moved to the top bar and are not displayed like normal events. That's the only thing keeping this app from being perfect for me

The best from iPhone and iPad!

I have tried many iOS calendars but keep coming back to "Tiny Calendar" because it is the most efficient, user-friendly, and best layout of all that I have tried!

Definitely not a $7 app. Get Fantastical instead.

This is the first app I've ever bought, and I've been on the iOS platform for 4 years. Never have I seen a bigger waste of money on any software. Overall: If you're looking for a Sunrise alternative, go with Fantastical or Calendars 5 (if you don't care whether an app “feels” like iOS). Unfortunately, there will likely never be an app with as great of a UI as our beloved Sunrise, but this sure as heck doesn't even come close. User Interface: For a $7 iOS app, the UI is abysmal. First thing I noticed when opening the app is that the circle highlighting the current date isn't optically centered. When I tapped the gear (universal iOS language for “settings”), it took me to Calendars, and then I had to tap Settings. Switching between Day, Week, and Month views causes unnecessary animation and scrolling. “Today” is communicated inconsistently throughout the app—some instances, a circle is overlaid, and in others, today is highlighted. A out-of-place popover menu is used to change views. Animations are lacking where needed (e. g. When changing to/from Week view, scrolling between time periods, navigating to Today). Buttons don't look like they're being pressed when they are. Menu items don't feel like they're being pressed when they are. Even something as basic as USING THE RIGHT COLOR in 2 adjacent segmented controls (the switches that toggle between 2+ options) is neglected (e. g. Edit Event > Repeat Rules). Notifications: In Notification Center, the Today widget labeled “Upcoming Events” shows events THAT HAVE ALREADY HAPPENED that day. Notification alerts show the year (and not the day for some reason) and don't say how long until the event—a nice touch that Sunrise had (of course). Typography: The typography within the app is quite small and therefore illegible. Especially in Week view, where, by the way, if you have more than a single event scheduled simultaneously, good luck reading the title. Timezones are listed as “America/New_York” instead of e. g. “EST (New York)” or anything sensible (remind me again why you couldn't get an intern to make that human-readable for $7?). It seems like the app devs are pedants for showing the current year but do it unnecessarily and inconsistently.
