The app works ok, but the interface is really dated. Along with that, there's a nasty bug where when you try and set a song from your music library as your alarm, the app crashes, making this impossible. I like Brookstone a lot, the this is pretty disappointing.

Just got my alarm clock two days ago and it's going back. The app isn't working properly at all. I can connect to the clock and hear videos I'm playing on my phone but can't control the alarm, brightness or sync the time. I already have a Bluetooth speaker, didn't really need another.

No updates in over a year! App crashes when setting music at alarm clock, needs work maintaining time through app. Expected more from brookstone.

App needs a serious update. Not compatible with iOS 10 update. Use to work great. Now it's nothing more than an overpriced alarm clock available at Walmart for $10. Brookstone, your better than this aren't you? Fix the app already or recall the product. Super disappointed in your support

Need more alarm sound choices. And app will crash almost every time when you try to select a song from your music library. Which is the reason I got this. When it finally worked on one occasion, it played the song AND a built in alarm sound at the same time! Very annoying. App just doesn't work - buy another clock.

Wow... I expected better from Brookstone. I'm 15 and this alarm clock was was my Christmas present I've been looking forward to. Not only is the app cheaply made, but I'm not able to set an alarm with my music without it crashing. The alarm doesn't show the volume, is flimsy, etc. I'm sitting here before bed with a broken alarm clock that doesn't live up to my expectations. I'm absolutely furious. Thank you Brookstone you lost a customer :(
