Julie I noticed u wrote your review a year ago. Do u still think this app is user friendly today? I’m sure you do not as I. I am cancelling after almost 4 years of service. The app has changed so much and now never works properly. I waste so much time trying to upload photos that never appear in my monthly selection. I sat here today for an hour trying to get my photos uploaded, it goes thru the process and then nothing appears or maybe one if your lucky. You are no longer able to edit the photos in the app anymore either which was a nice feature. It’s super annoying now and i have had enough. You can’t call and talk to anyone only email which is way too much to type going back and forth quite honestly. Finding another source. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love this app! Great quality, I love how the packaging makes storing the photos incredibly simple, and the one time I needed help I got an answer from support that was very quick and helpful! I use the 30 prints option, only wish I could have the option to order more than that when I need to!

A MUST HAVE subscription for busy Moms!

I am a busy, working mom and timeshel provides beautiful, quality prints on heavy photo archive paper, sent in a cute storage jacket -making precious little keepsake packages of each month of the year (I LOVE the service so much I’m ordering a duplicate set each month so when both of my children are grown I can gift them each a set -what a special gift to receive). Timeshel helps us cut through the clutter of SO many digital images by having us print 30 images for the month. You really have to think about the important images and actually EDIT the hundreds of digital images taken each month on your phone. It couldn’t be easier and they send you reminders to pick your images for the month. It really is a must have service for any busy mom or family member.

Won’t connect to instragram

I am digging this app so much ! But no matter what I do, every time I try to connect to my instagram, it crashes. I’ve tried signing in through Facebook, hard and soft restarts.

This app is amazing. I have tried other subscriptions but the quality wasn’t what I wanted. I also love that I don’t have to print 100 pictures just to fill and order. I may take a lot of pictures but I don’t want them all printed. The quality by far surpasses any other app I have tried. Also their customer service is superb!! I usually have a response in a few hours after I email them! I won’t be leaving them again!

This appt is one of the best photo apps out there. I speak from experience i have used all of them. The photos are a great quality and the coustomer service is beyond!!!! Wish more companies appreciated there customers more.

Timeshel is fantastic - I was referred by a friend. I really love the convenience of digital , but I was really missing actual photos. The app is convenient - but the customer service ( an actual group of people!!!) is outstanding!!!!!

Love the pictures, hate the app. Every time you try to delete a picture from you stream or try to interact with a picture whatsoever, it crashes and immediately sends you back to the home screen. Please fix this.

I can't say enough good things about timeshel. Not only do they have a great product and it's so easy to use, but they also have the best customer service!! When I moved and forgot to update my address with them, they contacted me as soon as my pics got sent back to them to get my info updated. And when I missed a month because I forgot to order, they replied to my email within an hour to help me and made sure I was still able to get my pics. I highly recommend this app!
