It only lets me create 3 weeks worth and I can't delete or edit unless I get full version

I just down loaded this and was really impressed when I entered my last 3 weeks!!! But that was it, ?. The 'Evaluation version is limited to 3 time sheet entries. Please purchase full version to unlock..' It doesn't give the price. I'm afraid to just hit the purchase button. I think I would like to keep this app and would give it a higher score if I knew the price.
