Timers disappeared?

I had just gone to this app so I can use multiple timers, but all my timers disappeared? Where did they go? I don’t remember deleting them or this app, so I’m confused. I do have to admit though I don’t use this often, but it’s really disappointing to see the stuff you expect to see not being there. I would have given this a 5 five star, but 2 stars here cause I don’t see my timers.
A most essential app

The 1st app I installed on my iPad gen 1 and still a most essential app on my iPad Pro and iPhone 13. Updated frequently. Works perfectly. Most essential app for timing my teabag, taking a short (or long) nap, really spending an hr on a project or letting me know how long before I gotta leave. I still use it everyday

Been using it for several years - on our iPad & Apple Phone. Where you can use it - it is really up to your imagination. 1) I use it as an alarm for when to start a task 2) I use it when cooking multiple items in a meal. 3) I use the multiple feature to remind when to stir, flip, etc. Easy to use!

The app lets u set and run multiple timers at the same time. A timer can b paused and resumed. A timer displays when it will b done. A timer displays the initial time duration. I use this app literally everyday.

Having this app has helped me stay on top of so many things. I use it for laundry, cooking, phone calls, etc. I usually have my phone on me, so I can hear it, even when I can’t hear the other chimes. Having multiple, labeled, and extendable timers has been great. I can forget about forgetting things.
Sound wouldn’t play?

Not sure why but it would never produce sound when the timer finished, even if the app was open and I was watching it
Sound works 90% of the time

Works fine for timing something not that important, where it's no big deal if 1 out if 10 times it doesn't play the sound when the time is up. I see there's lots of reviews for years complaining of flaky sound. Apparently fixing the sound is not important to the developers.
No silence

I want the timers to ring through regardless of if the sound is down or not I want them to actually be useful

Love this app so far, plan to use it for a long time. I did notice though, the Pro version doesn’t allow you to start times on an Apple Watch. This ruins any incentive for me to upgrade. Please consider creating a way to start/stop timers on Apple Watches. Thank you.
