Faulty app and poor customer service for paid features

I have purchased features, but something has happened with the app and they are no longer accessible. The app is telling me I have no purchased features and I must purchase them (again). I emailed them but heard nothing back.

I purchased the birth chart feature yet in my upgrades it states I have not purchased any upgrades. The daily horoscope has read the same exact for the past week with no daily changes. I'm mad I invested any money into this app.

I only have the limited free access with this app, and I still feel that it provides great personalized astrological information. I can only imagine what you get with the purchase! Looking forward to opening up those star charts one of these days.
