Times Were Changed After Entry

I was looking for a visually appealing timeline and this application truly is. Unfortunately, after spending a significant amount of time inputting my data, some entries were moved back an hour and some stayed accurate, i.e. 3:27 am became 2:27 am while other entries stayed the same. The only way to get the timeline to display accurate was to edit the time to be inaccurate in the entry. I snapped a screenshot, emailed it and asked the developer for help. No response after several days. Very, very confusing how this could happen and even more disappointing that no explanation or help has been forthcoming.

I spent hours meticulously building a timeline. I page through it a couple of times then as I went to present it, everything was gone except for the first entry. Hours of work shot! Not to mention the failed presentation.

I saw Adam Behringer's Twitter announcement of the new iOS version of Timeline 3D at 8:24 a.m., I began watching the video at roughly 8:25, and I purchased the app at 8:32. I have been using the BeeDoc timeline products since early 2008 and this iOS version is an especially innovative next step. I teach college courses and having Timeline 3D (literally) in hand is going to play well in the classroom. I gave the app a quick spin and I can say that Timeline 3D on my iPad makes a great first impression. It looks wonderful and it's easy to use. Adam is a meticulous developer and the time he has taken to bring this app to users is in evidence here; the "polish" and precision show.

I've been a user of Timeline 3D on my Mac for some time. I have been looking forward to that terrific program being implemented for the iPad. Now that it has, I'm extremely pleased with the ease of use and the elegant manner with which the app works. I was able to assemble a timeline for a colleague in a matter of minutes which put his professionally-produced timeline to shame. Congratulations to BeeDocs for a job well done. It truly is amazing at what it does--especially so considering the modest price point.

I have been using the desktop version for a while and this iPad version is an impressive implementation on the iOS platform. Especially considering they were even able to design it to work on an iPhone screen size. Their comparison chart on their website does a great job showing how much of the desktop version they were able to implement in this first version. I eagerly await even more functional additions, but I think this version can stand on its own as a great app. I do recommend the desktop version as well, but this is a must have app for visually displaying linear or chronological timelines. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'd really like ability to incorporate pdf docs from Dropbox, but there are a couple workarounds. Fast responses, thank you!!

This is an awesome app, however better export options, such as files using "Open In" (e.g. PDF, mp4, mov, etc.) The ability to record the timeline to video, with manual or auto advance with defined delay.
