The not free lie in the video didn't surprise me but the convoluted set up and obvious lack of sensible or helpful tweaks did. How the the absence of human support? Try another, any other.

Spreadsheet format needed in time sheet

The time sheet page should be in a spreadsheet type format that calculates the totals for breaks and totals for the week,month,and year...this is a simple programming change.
