I love the app BUT please be more small user friendly!

Love the app its fun and lets me express my self. But a real problem i am having is glitches! When i use the timer thing where you dont have to use your hands its starts to glitch. If i mess up it will not let me go back and retry it wont let me and at first I thought it was my phone so I turned it ALL the way off but i was still doing the same thing so I deleted it and got it back and it still did it! So than I decided to try and stop using that timer thing and after a while it was working a gain but than today it’s doing the same thing! Also for some reason the app is making my videos laggy even though my camera is not laggy saying i have an iPhone 7. Also at of nowhere it will just freeze and i cant control it. So please fix these glitches so i can have my favorite app back to normal. Thank you for taking the time and reading this have a fantastic day! Also follow me on musicly @dory_cant_ramber

I have started musical.y this year and have enjoyed it except for a few thing: 1. There is not enough security. I have seen people use inappropriate language and do not so appropriate things and there aren't enough options for the people to report on. 2.you need internet to play. My room had no internet for a weird reason and it would be nice to be able to post in my room instead of in Publix. If there is no internet it will say that i can't post and it saves it private. 3. The whole loading the musical.y thing is driving me nuts. You used to be able to just keep posting and posting until they decided that you would have to wait for the musical.y to load. 4. Some of the sounds don't work. I will use a sound and then it will say that that file has been damaged or whatever. I have been Told that it is under new management but I would appreciate some of these bugs to be fixed. A muser, penutnutterpancakes

I love musicly so so so much! But when I try to change my profile it glitches and everything goes blank and I can’t write anything new and save it because it tells me that my user needs to be changed but when it didn’t glitch out before my username @laceyjane11 is allowed.

New update is making the app crash!!

I loved this game from the start. It was obsessing. Really fun. I met a really cool girl over the summer and I loved her. She’s so nice. We could only communicate on Music.ly, so we kept in touch. Until today. I went on today and found that I was logged out of my account ?. Now I’m the kind of person that doesn’t easily remember things and was dumb enough not to write down my password. Well... I forgot. I couldn’t get it back and now I’m really sad because I reallllllly don’t want to lose touch with my BFF. Please make it so your account doesn’t log you out. And help me. Thank you.
