Horrible refund policy

It’s such a pain to refund your money after attempts to buy tickets which was failed due to their system failure. They wouldn’t reply and follow up with the cases on proper time and as a result the passenger would be stressed and possibly stranded. Due to there refund policy I would not appreciate this company and would never use and recommend them to anyone.

So i just updated this app. And i lost most of my profile traveler. And i can’t add more profile. The previous version is better.
Poor App, very hard to book hotel

So far this app is really good with the discount, but booking is as hard as hell. Crazy long loading, server error, maintance etc. Have waited for an hour plus AND still useless. Man. What a waste of time.

Hotel n flight ticket cheaper than others. Easy to book too. Hopefully hv more promo soon.
How to add the promo?

I have already in the payment page, when I tried to look for promo I press the promo button above on the top right, then I select the promo. It’s successfully copied the promo code but where to put the promo? When I press “Ayo pesan” after the promo code copied, it goes to the new web page and the stupid things is there a banner on the top to download the mobile app. I am already in the mobile app, why should I need to re-download the app? To the Tiket UI/UX team please revisit this and make sure its QA’d properly, cover this in your test case scenario.

Maybe it’s easier to buy tickets straight at the train station. Not sure. I did this . Awkward process, but I got to where I was going.
