Los problemas de poner saldo falla a veces pero lo que falla el 98% del tiempo es agregar dinero a tu cuenta por paypal casi siempre dice que el password o el usuario esta equivocado cuando no lo es. Muchas veces se tarda dias en que me dejé agregarle dinero a mi cuenta. Reset el app no sirve tampoco comprar un telefono nuevo o restaurar tu teléfono tampoco arrglen el app o su systema ya es demasiado
Not able to send top-up

The app was working afew months and now I am unable to send top-ups. Something that I kind do not like the app is that qe need to deposit money on the app first to be able to send money or top-ups , because now It fails and tgen what happens to the money on the account

This app used to work but as the updates kept coming at first it would failed to send the recharge sometimes then it failed to add money from my paypal and now it fails and gives errors all the time. Completely useless

I downloaded the app and was able to load my account quickly. I was able to load my dad's account in El Salvador super fast as well. For me this is a great way to stay connected with my family. i'm so excited to be using this app. The call goes in immediately, no waiting for connections. Also, the call is clear. There is a fee for loading the tigo phones, but it's the same as the tigo website. There is a tab where you can see what the fee is if you call for each country. So over all im thrilled about this app. No more stopping at the store to send saldo to El Salvador. Great App and convenient.

El App funciona bien ya no tengo que ir a la tienda para enviar mi recarga y tengo la habilidad de llamar a mi mama para verificar que recibió el envío.

la app esta muy buena porque mantiene tu balance y te cobra solo por lo que usas, tambien puedes mandar saldo a tus familiares en Guatemala, El Salvador y Honduras o ponerle saldo para llamar desde aqui y todo sin tener que ir a la tienda

Gran aplicación, ahora desde cualquier lugar de los EU puedo mandar recargas a mis seres queridos que están por fuera y ante todo, es totalmente confiable pues tiene la marca TIGO sinónimo de credibilidad y buen servicio

Esta app esta muy buena ya puedo enviar dinero sin ir a una tienda y tambien puedo recargar mi cellular para poder llamarlos cuando quiera
