Like the app, but...

I like the app but why can't we listen to individual tracks offline? If I only like a few songs off an album why should the whole album take up space? Other than that I was pleasantly surprised.
Music quality is outstanding, app not so much

If you want high quality music streaming at any cost, this is your only option. And it delivers on that- the music sounds absolutely flawless on hifi, I've done side-by-side tests vs Spotify's high quality mode and it's not close. Of course, if you have a limited data plan, it will be destroyed as each song is close to 15-20 MB. However, in every other respect this app is not competitive. The search is very hit or miss- you usually have to spell out exactly what you want all the way through, whereas Spotify almost always knows what I'm searching for after a couple letters or so. The curated playlists and radio stations are nowhere near Spotify's quality. It's much more difficult to discover new music on Tidal. If you're not like me, and don't value the audio quality that highly, there's no reason to get this over Spotify.

The app is a little bit better now. Still lacks of some features. Hope keeps improving but for now works fine with iOS 10
What is up with Shuffle!

The shuffle does not shuffle the entire playlist. If I start at the end it will only shuffle through the last few songs! FIX IT cuz I'm tired of having to start with the first song on my playlist.
App Broken on iOS 9, Please Fix ASAP

The new iOS 10-ready version broke the app for me on iOS 9 (iPad 2, so I cannot update to v10). TIDAL now crashes 100% of the time on launch. Please fix ASAP, thanks! (And if you are on iOS 9, proceed with caution with this update!)

Although they have a great music library and exclusive tracks their functionality is lacking. Their playlist library is minimal leaving you to create your own playlists, which takes forever or just listen to albums. You can't search by songs, only artists and there is very little in the way of personalization.

I don't think any music app is perfect but I think Tidal is a different experience. Playlist introduces you to new artist, exclusive video interviews and movies, new music released in a timely manner. Worth my 9.99 a month! Only thing missing is a radio streamer but there's pandora
Google Cast update

You completely DESTROYED Google Casting with the last update. Song audio SKIPS and glitches on tv - Music Videos stream perfectly. Unable to view and/change the playback quality of a Google Cast device (HDTV). No settings for this before or during Cast. Resuming a video from background skips when resuming Tidal (regardless of playback quality). Long track title data is always cut off, and now no longer scrolls on the lock screen. "Track Info" should be at the top... just like "Album Info." Still waiting for ability to download individual tracks for Offline listening; instead downloading an entire album.
