Great app

I love this app and check it whenever I go out hiking, biking, etc. I’ve unfortunately had to log a tick myself that bit my tick. As a Lyme disease survivor, I’m horrified by ticks. The only complaint is that the map always moves you back to your location which is frustrating when you’re trying to show family is other parts of the country about ticks in their area.

Good app but at the end of the day ticks are everywhere. Some areas more vs others, Lyme, babsiosis et al more prevalent vs others but it’s everywhere. You & another person must check one another head to toe & not be shy about it. Dogs are tick magnets, leave them off trails so you don’t get infected, as tick treatment for dogs isn’t near 100% effective. Good app but not sure what it accomplishes.

I think this is an awesome app But we should be able to type in a zip code or city/ state so we can view other ticks in different areas. It only shows you where you currently are.

This is a sophisticated app that helped me identify the type of tick I had an encounter with, and info on the diseases it could potentially carry. It also included the areas that you’d commonly find this species in. I reported the tick sighting so this app can keep track of where the ticks are being found. I hope everyone starts using this app so we can know where the hot spots are.

Great app. However, we should have the ability to go back into a ‘sighting’ and change certain aspects of the report. In mine the location pin is wrong because of user error. Should have the ability to modify. Other than that... great app!

This app has great information about how to remove, test and treat tick bites. In future versions, I’d like to see a record of my personal tick reports related to my profile, with the ability to update information. I got my tick tested after I filled out this report, and now know the type of tick it is. But I can’t update the report I gave. Also, I’d like to be able to hover over or click other reports and see basic info about the type of tick that was reported in that location.
