Great app, not worth it

TickTick is the perfect productivity app... if you subscribe to premium... which is stupidly expensive compared to alternatives that should suit anyone’s needs. Without premium, it’s a glorified grocery list.

Guys, you have a possibly massive success of an app here! This is nearly perfect! It surprises me how it can be so clean and easy, yet drill down and show it’s hidden power. This will likely be my new number 1 app! I would love to change this review and dump all the praises, but two big hang ups. 1- Contact with you, or mostly your support team seems non-existent! People, me included, want to reach out and feel heard, but a difficult to find email is the only channel and seems to have no response. Makes me nervous for future support and development. 2- I can’t even create an account right now! There seems to be a “server issue” preventing me from creating an account and giving you my money. Let’s see some open communication and put us hesitant, security concerned, people at ease. It’s VERY difficult knowing what this app is and hopefully will be for me and countless others while feeling uncertain about support and security. I’m waiting to give you my money, loyalty and word of mouth, just help me get there!

This app is so underrated. I’ve tried all the apps to organize my life but nothing ever looked aesthetically pleasing and functional as this one. I’m so glad I stumbled into this. I have been using it for a year now and I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. I’m a busy student in university and so this really keeps me on track and help me balance school life, social life and family life. I’ve recommended it to all my friends and sometimes don’t even have to because they just think it looks cool- which I agree wholeheartedly! I’ve even subscribed to the annual subscription because I just know that I will use this for life!!! This is my only app subscription and will probably remain so! So if you’re looking for a great calendar app, give this a try! You won’t regret it

Amazing task app!

Before downloading TickTick, I really struggled finding a task app with all the features I wanted. Things like due dates, reminders prior to due dates, calendar view, etc. I was totally excited to download TickTick and see that they have all of those capabilities and more! I group up each task by list, and with a life that consists of work tasks, home tasks, social tasks, and misc tasks... I LOVE the organization and it is much needed! The reminders are easy to receive and creating a task is so easy. Sometimes I’ll create a task whenever I’m thinking about it and that weight can be lifted off my shoulders because I know TickTick will remind me when I actually need to think about that task, but when it gets closer to time I panic thinking I forgot something until I look at the calendar view and see it was there all along! I pay for the premium version ($2.99 a month I believe) because it’s totally worth it to get to change themes and do other things like change the duration of how long a task will take. All in all, TickTick is my favorite and most used app on my phone! The only thing I wish that was a little smoother was adding a location to a task, such as an address... I’d like to be able to just click on the address and it take me to my Maps app but usually I have to copy and paste. Very tiny detail though :) great job making an app for your users, TickTick!

Couldn’t live without it, would love one more feature: - Weekly or monthly tasks that appear in my “today”, “tomorrow”, “this week” lists until the week is over (and they move to overdue) or until they are completed

The only issue I have with this app is the way it handles overdue tasks. If a task has a timed reminder it's overdue after that time, not the next day. It needs to move immediately to the top of the list and clearly show as overdue

Not what I was told when I was asking about this product. Refund now. Do Not buy this app if you are a solo entrepreneurs . you will have to pay for every single one of your outsourced workers view your list.

Events fail to sync by the specified time in the large majority of instances requiring manual drag and drop of items on iPad. Have contacted support in the past who've provided no remedy or an update to correct this. Unlike calendar events which automatically sync to proper listed time, "TickTick" fails 99% of the time. If not for this, it would deserve a 5-star rating. 8/26/19 - Began to repeatedly crash close today. Reduced its rating to one star. Expect to ditch my subscription if this isn't fixed soon.
