Why is it constantly crashing??

Every time I get to the event I want to view, the app shuts off... I've re-downloaded it multiple times and ensured that my iPhone iOS is the current 9.0.2. Why is this happening?? I love this app...when it works ???

The only app I've ever encountered that actually forced me to hard boot my phone. Upon launch it ended up in an endless and seemingly inescapable loop Adkin me to use location services. I never actually got it to run successfully. Give them a few months to figure out how to write an app that works and check back.

Can simply have a ticket in my hand with a click of the button, just moments before a game. Can find all the events I want, but also love that it recommends other events in the surrounding area! They revamped the app starting again in June 2017. No issues ever!

Latest version of iOS on 6S Plus. Application looks like it is going to open, sort of does and then just disappears.
