Wasted potential, zero app support

I enjoyed using this app until I bought the latest iPhone. None of existing alerts survived the transfer nor appeared in backup, emails to support were ignored. So I dumped it. Thanks for wasting my time, guys.

Why is it 10:59 am of April 2 and several 13 of my portfolio stocks were last updated march 30 and april 2? Why am i paying money for this service?

I want to love this app so bad. It’s the best UI of any app. Best portfolio tracking. It’s everything I want but it just doesn’t work. Stock tickers either have an error or they show the wrong price. Very disappointed. I would’ve subscribed too if it weren’t for these bugs!

Not getting Alert notifications :(

I pay money for this app. This needs to be fixed please. I will leave a positive review when it is. Also stop sending the “bullish or bearish” notifications.

I'd give it a 5 star rating but can't. The charts are terrible and is the primary reason for losing a star. The latest version has a serious bug that displays totals incorrectly by many orders of magnitude. The reason this didn't cost them all 5 stars is I have been using it for a few years now with no complaints other than charts and hope/believe the developers will fix this obvious bug SOON!

This app is easy to use. But after you enter your portfolio info the daily price updates are hit or miss. Some portfolio positions update with current day closing prices, and others will not update. No way to refresh or force an update of prices.

I really want to like this app but I just can’t bring myself to do it. I wish there was a tutorial of some sort on how to set up/transfer a portfolio. There is nothing on how to use this app.

Like some others, have had problems with certain stocks not updating. No response from developer about this. If the fix this, would give it 5 stars. Just cut to two stars. Tried to add some common bond funds and I can’t do It because it generates an error message saying that it can’t retrieve a quote. This happens every time I try it.

Out of all the stock apps on the App Store, I found this one to have the best UI. I was happy with the app initially but it has appeared there are three major flaws: 1) half of my stocks would not load any data and my portfolios status would never reflect its actual value 2) some of the stocks I bought on my trading account could not be added to my portfolio because the app couldn’t find them 3) constant “Bullish or Bearish” app notification. A completely useless notification that I’m assuming is there to boost the apps average daily use numbers. I really wanted to love and use this app but its just not reliable enough.

Takes for ever to refresh the stock information

After signing up and creating my portfolio of stocks, the info takes forever to get refreshed. It is frustrating and will discontinue using it.
