I recently opened a mobile account with TI and I am very pleased with the app. It is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I especially like how the app looks compared to the CG app that I also use. The CG app seems to go down frequently unlike the TI app which hasn’t given me any issues. I love the TI app and will use this as my go to app.

Thanks TI for this great update! The facial recognition is great and I love the updated UI. Still one of the best apps in Vegas and the TI sports team are always super helpful.

Maybe it is clear to the designers of the app that you should already have an account, but it wasn’t to me. TI’s website says “Free to download and easy to sign up”, but you actually can’t sign up through the app. You keep going in a circle between setting a pin and the login info. Maybe it’s great after that, but I never made it that far.

An App with Many Inconveniences

This app is horrible and has ridiculous requirements. 1.) forget charging your phone while using the app. The app will close and tell you disconnect the device 2.) WiFi and Bluetooth must be off. If these are on the app will not work 3.) the overall interface isn’t horrible. It’s pretty easy to navigate 4.) your account must be setup by the Sports Book and a deposit of $100 made. Same for the MPlay app

I open the app and it says not supported on jail broken devices. My phone is not jail broken and I'm using the latest iOS 8.4.1.
Multiple issues

App has been crashing for multiple days. Prior to that, kept getting an error message saying my ID expired, which I know with 100% certainty it hasn’t(I worked in a book for 7.5 years, and had to make adjustments to guest accounts, all within the Stadium/Miomni platform). I emailed their support several days ago, and haven’t received a response. Another negative, need to shut off Wifi and Bluetooth, or the app won’t launch. Every sports betting app in Vegas is better than this, I have them all.
