I love this odd little game (beautiful graphics, enjoyable music, fun quirky sound effects, and fun game play) however there are some things which need bug fixes. Thumpies XL for the iPad doesn't have the visual for the electrify mode when you're keeping in time. I hear the familiar sound which accompanies the electrify mode (which does occur in the regular Thumpies game). This is my favorite part about the game. A cool reward for doing well! I also notice a loop issue. The timing for a rhythm changes out of sync getting worse the longer it runs. Definitely a 5 star game if these things are corrected. I'd also like new songs, backgrounds and new thumpies! Would happily pay for an extension pack but only if bugs are addressed.

but ends too quickly! The game concept is fantastic, the graphics are beautiful, and the music is refreshingly original. Some of the reviewers want new thumpies, but I think more songs should be a bigger priority. I based my rating on the level of fun and originality, but I'd gladly rate it higher (if it were possible) if more songs were added. Overall, I'd recommend this game to anyone who enjoys rythm games. Update: I just dropped my rating from 5 to 3. There really needs to be an update with some new songs. Don't get me wrong - this is a great game - but 2.99 for a game that you can finish in one sitting? That's kind of a rip! If new songs are added, I'll definitely raise my rating back up. Over a year and still no updates. Thanks for taking our money and leaving us out to dry. I could understand the lack of updates if this was a free app or even a .99 app, but 3 bucks? DON'T BUY UNTIL THEY ADD MORE LEVELS OR DROP THE PRICE!!!!!!!

Getting butterflies is really hard when they're behind the mushroom or NEAR the mushroom. You tap the butterfly but the game thinks you hit the shroom and you lose your perfect streak. 3/5

Juggling monsters to beats makes a fun addictive can't put down game. Waiting for more levels and maybe a way to make your own songs with this app for others to try would be nice. The laugh ＼(^o^)／ makes the game.
