The sound doesn't work for the iPhone and the links for app support don't work. Money down the drain. It actually makes me sad because I was super excited.

This is an easy program to follow with a set schedule and challenging workout. Follow this with a solid diet such as "paleo" and you'll see significant results. The workouts are balanced and tough enough that you'll be getting into great shape. The count down system is easy to use. Without having to watch the program every second: do the exercise until you hear the bell... Next! Not a noisy high intensity workout such as "insanity" and you can take it anywhere using your iPad and only a small amount of space.4 stars because it could use a little more variety. But great overall.

This app hasn't been updated in just about 2 years... Please update, it can be really great but needs to be compatible with newer iOS versions and could use a makeover/added functionalities.
Who in the world
This does not do anything once it is loaded on my iPad 5.1, which it is supposed to work on. I tried the developers web page and there is nothing, no way of contacting that I can find. I am really disappointed and frustrated. At least it was only $1.99, but all my pennies count, so these are counted as gone!

Best two bucks I've spent on the App Store. I like your other apps (Gorilla Fitness, etc.), but this one's my fave, hands down. I like having a timer for the exercises, and the greater diversity of exercises in a single workout. More fun and thought out that Gorilla Workout. Surprised that that one got so much more traction, because it's pretty basic. Please update it to 64 bit, so it keeps working on iOS 11, and consider adding some new quick workouts! Would love to have more routines in the same style with some new exercises. Thanks!
