The app refises to start now after install. After splash screen, it crashes and quits back to home screen on retina iPad mini. Not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere.

I purchased this app and unlocked all of the additional purchases for my grandson to play but since the new update on my phone it will no longer load. Given the price of the product I would like the situation to be resolved. It is a wonderful game, when it actually works.

I can't even play the game. It crashes and exits all within 5 seconds... what's going on?

We got this app for my Thomas fan, my son, and it has been awful. The music starts playing to a plain blue screen, after a bit it shows you all the engines and he was thrilled but just as he pressed Start it shut off. Now every time we try to use the app it starts up, plays the music and shuts off. Needless to say, he's upset, I am too because he's crushed, and it has taken way too much of the free time I don't have to spare to try to figure it out so he'll cheer up. All this is after the update which supposedly corrected bugs and added fixes. Thank goodness we didn't pay anything for this app. ????
