Freezes

I LOVE 13's programming! The app, not so much. The app freezes after a few minutes of inactivity & one must close and restart and scroll to where you were in the program.

Sorry to say but I couldn’t navigate to enter your site using my iPhone. I entered my activation code & followed instructions. Very disappointing

Freezes constantly. Have to sign out and sign back in. Plus, when did PBS become for-profit? More commercials than YouTube for deity’s sake. At least take a lesson from YouTube and let us stop a commercial we’re not into. And why should I have to watch commercials when I’m already PAYING FOR A MEMBERSHIP??? And how come the COMMERCIALS NEVER FREEZE?!?!! Just the programs. WHICH I PAID FOR!!!! Something is rotten in the state of Public Broadcasting. I DONT LIKE YOU ANYMORE Looks like: TV BY THE WEALTHY, FOR THE WEALTHY SHALL NOT PERISH FROM THE EARTH Like everything else in 2019. At least until the earth perishes. Then you’ll all go to Mars and oppress the plankton or whatever’s there. I HATE YOU. YOU ARE FRAUDS.

Good programs, poor app

The programming is excellent, but it can be very frustrating trying to watch on iPad. Watching the 4-part Reconstruction doc in parts, I have to keep finding my place. Also, even though I paid a membership fee, I still have to watch ads each time. And when it crashes, I have to watch the ad again.

Great interface and function

The interface is intuitive and very useful. And the function is flawless, if there is a problem with it I don’t know what it would be. I’m very happy I have this. Using on iPad Pro 11.

Watching since forever it has given me so much where does one start cultural awareness scientific knowledge classic entertainment unbiased news intelligent opinion facts beyond dispute I can only say thank you

This is my favorite channel because there are so many great shows to watch and the subject matter is so varied. However, it seems that a lot of the shows aren’t available on the channel 13 app, such as the Doc Martin series and some of the specials. If more of the content were available, I would have given a 5 star rating.
