Advice

I really like this app. I have been looking for an alternative to Scapple on IOS platform for a very long time, and this app seems to be the one. It has all the features I need. But I wish developers could also provide onetime-purchase for pro version.

Missing Pro Features

Jajahufc

The app itself is great but the pro features are not all functional. I need to invite certain individuals to use and collaborate on canvases but the feature doesn’t work. I also can’t sync the canvases across my devices. I have multiple iPads and iPhones that I use for different reasons and the software does not share data between them. If those features actually worked I would be able to give the full 5 stars. But I am paying for features that don’t work. which is a problem.

We need a pro version one time purchase

Benjinn61

We need a pro version of this app - one time purchase. Many people will give 13$ for the pro version. Please don’t go into subscription mode. Your product is not a freaking antivirus

Keeps with creativity & flexibility

PlausiblyIll

I downloaded this app back when I took organic chemistry, but I'm using it now for statistics. This app lets me create mind maps but also routine flexibility in how I choose to create them. Overall I recommend it

I want to like it

It's exceptionally counterintuitive, I can't find a manual, and there's no website linked to help you get used to how it is set up, since it goes against standardized gestures. It has the features I want, but it's frustrating to use and you can't customize tool behavior. It's unfortunate that I can't find another app with the features this one has.

What happened ?

Like clock work

I was super excited testing this app out. Then I decided to actually commit and spend the 2.99 a month and then poof, all of sudden it starts glitching, freezing. Then all the squares don’t seem to operate the same or give you the same options. Now i want my 2.99 back. The templates were the same, the upgrade said you would get more templates. Maybe it is user error, which i strongly doubt, the app has potential but needs more development. Stick with the trial app.

Crashed after first use

This seems like a great app with a lot of potential, but after I made my first bubble map and saved it to my photos it completely stopped working and I had to force quuit the tab twice. Hopefully this is fixed in the future.

Desktop laggnig behind iOS version

<gma>

I have been using the iOS version of Thinkspace on my iPad for a while and love it. It fills the mind-mapping app niche in a way that no other app does, so I was pleasantly suprised to see the macOS version in the App Store. The macOS 1.0.0 version seems to be a direct port of the iOS app, and the differences in the desktop versus mobile UIs are apparent. For example, zooming in and out on iOS is a simple pinch gesture that relies on the iOS touch interface. I have not found a way to zoom on the macOS version, since I do not have a multi-touch HID device such as a trackpad on my iMac. I hope to see a mouse/keyboard/menu-based way to zoom in the next update.

This is my favorite app

Most other apps I use because I have to- I use this one because I want to it's so fun and very helpful!

DOES NOT WORK. FROZEN

hgfidajlgtjk;hsdt;ahgyt

App freezes when I try to open a canvas or make a new one. So it’s completely unusable. I’ve been a paying customer for a long time, this is really disappointing to see.
