It's okay if you just want to casually browse, but if you want to search seriously, edit lists, place orders, etc, it gets hard. I wasn't even able to remove an old shipping address. Not to mention the frequent crashes, the times it randomly opens a full web page rather than a mobile one, the tiny buttons that are impossible to hit with human fingers... you really expect better from a company that claims to be for tech nerds.

ThinkGeek has great items and I have lots of things on my wishlist, but it won’t let me place my order!!! I type my shipping address and then it won’t let me go to the next step. I just want my collectibles!!

Previously the screen was set up to fit your phone but now it looks like you’re using your desktop. Can’t zoom out, need to to scroll throughout the page.

Love the website so I thought this was a straightforward shopping app. Took me three attempts to login though and the keyboard was all buggy when I was trying to change shipping address. Would love for it to work better but it made it near impossible to submit an order due to frustrations.

The app and its constant having to re login every time I open the app and having to re enter everything twice is a pain in the butt.

On every device and even their website when i try to make a account so i can purchase stuff through them it never works. Guess they don't need my money.

The app currently looks like I’m using a desktop & the pages are not sized for my phone like they use to be in the past. Another problem is every time I clicked on something to view it, it kept trying to launch Twitter so I could post about the item. Just needs some tweaks, it use to be a great app and it can get back there with these few improvements.

It logs me out without my consent. It won’t let me reset my password, thus I am locked out. It has an “order” on my order history I never made. Can’t rely on any apps made by GameStop as the GameStop app is equally bad.

This app has been a great tool for all things geeky, only problem I’ve run across is that sometimes when I try scrolling down the page, it won’t scroll until after I’ve tapped and scrolled a couple times. Not a big issue though, just thought you should know.
