Doesn’t connect for iPhone

Complete junk. WiFi doesn’t connect and won’t work for iPhone.

This app isn’t working. Camera works and WiFi is on. Phone is connected to WiFi but app is stuck on connecting instructions. Tried deleting app and forgetting WiFi. Same thing every time. No helpful information on app or web to help with issue.

App and camera work very well. FYI you must connect to the dashcam’s WiFi then turn off your cellular data for it to work!

Like the other reviewers had already said, the app itself is stuck on the instruction page and doesn’t do anything after all the instructions were done. I’ve tried turning the cameras off and on then deleted and reinstalled the app BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. I’m returning the product and would definitely not recommend.
This App does not work

I’m not sure if the creators of the app have actually used it themselves but this app is a dud. There is zero communication with the dash cam device it’s supposed to connect to. Another weird thing is, even when the device is turned off, my phone is able to find its WiFi signal and successfully connect to it. Even then, the app still does not work. If this is the standard for ThiEYE technologies, then I would never buy another product from you. I wish I could give no stars but I had to select one to post this.
No video/picture export

There is no way to export your videos or pictures. What’s the point of having the WiFi model if you still have to remove the SD card and use your computer to have access to your recordings. Other, minor issues are tolerable, but the no export function is a reason not to buy.

I cant get the app to show the video, it keeps saying tf card offline.. The directions are minimal the app is in another language.. I am very disappointed with the whole app! The camera itself works but I am regretting my purchases!! Please please help!!!

With all the technology and you still have to remove the card to download seems to be an real problem. Why can’t we just download from camera to phone via WiFi? Should be real simple. Also, why the screen saver? I like seeing what the camera is seeing. The camera is a 4 the app is a 1
App Needs to be fixed

The app kept shutting down whenever I’m connected to the cam’s WiFi. I can’t change any settings. Unless they have a new update, I’m gonna have to return the cam...
