App is definitely helpful and does a great job helping me to get in a more relaxed state so I can do visualizations and meditations !

SO not relaxing at all. *** if you are prone to seizures, do NOT use these types of sounds!! Plus it is annoying as heck, not relaxing. Wanna sleep with buzzing or weird noise uh ye, NO!!? The best sleep app is “sleep pillow”....This theta one was referred to me. Told my friend I hate those buzzing annoying type apps, they are no good, but I turned it on after install. Immediately stopped it and uninstalled. Horrible

I want 5hz and apparently there is no way to set the yone at exactly that frequency.

Just bought premium pack, and discovered that I can't change nor vibe sounds nor background sounds. Non changes made in playback when i change it in settings. Please fix that.

Best meditation app I've found

Was looking for an app that had a mellow soundtrack while I meditated. This one is it. I like the soft music. I usually don't turn on the optional pitched sound. I would use the theta wave sound if I could turn the volume down a bit because it drowns out the other music by blaring over it. Other than that, the app works great and you can listen without the timer on and it still runs when you lock the phone. Great app!
