The only things you can access through this app are T-logs. Not helpful to me.

It's ok. Wish we can access more then notes. We should be able to have the sane functions as if we were in the computer. For ex. Meds, seizures,intake etc.

It would be nice to be able to add a follow up or update a t log. As the RN I read the t logs but can't respond as needed.

This app hasn't been updated since 2011.... Now that iPhones are very common they need to make the app able to mark MARS AND ISP's! the TLog work fine but we need the other data features!

This app only allows you to see t-logs, which can be very frustrating. At my work, we have one device and generally have at least 4 staff at any given time. Often, I ended up using Therap on my phone to avoid waiting while other staff use the device. Therap is not optimized for mobile devices which is a pain, so I thought this app would simplify things. No such luck. Therap's app does not allow you to enter ISP data, write GERs or read SCOMMs, so I don't like to use it.

To be user friendly we really need access to other modules i.e. GERs, ISP Data, SCOMMs etc... With the access it provides now, it isn't what I need.

I like that I can see my tlogs and can write one but I would like to see my s-comms and be able to write GERs and ISPs. Good start but until we have access to everything it's kind of useless.
