Never have a problem with it and very user friendly. I only wish I could narrow down my search criteria a little more, but it doesn't keep me from using it all the time

So tired of the frequent crashes when searching for addresses. I mean come on...if you can't search by address EVER without the app crashing, then please just remove the option.

Great app and like the ability to mark a listing as a favorite but also needs the capability to mark a listing as discarded to help narrow your search. Also needs advanced filter capabilities, like searching units with garages.

It kicks me out each time I search by mls#, this is extremely frustrating as I am looking about 1/2 the time by mls #. Trulia is the same.... Whichever app gets this feature fixed first I will stick with. Causing me to use the old fashioned web browser. Also I would love for an app to let you filter out the "pending" or "short sale" listings, who wants to view a house that already has an offer on it? Thanks!

Like this app. I have not had any problems with it. Only reason it is not rated higher is bc i have not found a way to exclude the pending listing or pending bu. it is frustrating having to open so many listings to only find they are not available!

I can quickly find and look at the houses on the market. I 4 stars because I'd like to exclude pending houses from my search.

This app is easy to use and the ability to scroll around the map is very handy. The only thing missing is the ability to filter out houses that have gone pending.
