I recommend this to every parent I meet

I know I should be reading the book from cover to cover. And I did purchase it and the digital version, but since giving birth finding time is rare. So I am so thankful that they thought to create this app which gives me a quick rundown. I can check back and read it quickly anytime to refresh myself on what Leap my Baby is going through and help us better understand some of the things she might be dealing with.

You will love this app

Believe me you will use this app and be so glad you have it. When your child is fussy you can see her chart and say oh she’s in a stormy period until whatever date her stormy time goes to on her calendar. You’ll also see what you should expect your child to be doing at different levels of development. And please know that your child is able to learn things about her world from day one. No they won’t be able to do a lot of things until their bodies are able, but in there mines they can. All they need is your time to teach them. And they will only do what you expect them to do. If you don’t think your little one can know the difference between a few stuffed animals way before they are a year old, let me tell you that you are so wrong! They can get the one you asked them for at 6-9 months old. Yes I did say 6-9 MONTHS. Try it and see. They can start way before you may have thought. So expect them to learn as much as you can teach them and they will. They do have to wait to show you what they know on some things because of their body, it has to catch-up to their brain and they have to get control over their arms legs and all the rest to show you what they have known for months. Keep teaching and you’ll have one smart little child and they will be amazing.

Amazing

This app has been very helpful. I recommend the book too! I will read each chapter as the leap nears. Feeling educated about what to expect has helped me maintain my cool. These fussy phases can be challenging but knowing it will come and go helps you relate and empathize with your child, and yourself. It also helps you recognize their new skills. At the end you feel a sense of accomplishment and it truly is bewildering to watch your baby master their skills. Keep in mind it is a guide, not a concrete timeline. My child has gone through a leap early by a few days here or there. Happy reading!

I recommend this app to everyone I know who has children or is expecting! You have no clue how informative & accurate this is until you try it! I love getting a glimpse into my little girls mind as she develops! The fussy leap periods are so on track with her it’s scary! Definitely live by this!

Better than the app you have to pay for

This app is amazing! All the bits and pieces of information I really care to know about. And you don’t have to pay a dollar or get promoted to pay for sections of the book. So much cheaper to just borrow the book from the library and then to put it back into rotation. Anyway, this app is great. I highly recommend it!

So helpful!

This app is spot on. I would notice my kids getting a little cranky and clingy and go to the app and sure enough, they’d be in a leap.

Spot on!

We used this app with our first baby and it was super accurate. We were lost when he aged out! We’re now using it with our second baby. So helpful to know what to expect and what’s going on!
