Much like playing a slot machine

This game is very, very random. Although there is a modicum of skill involved, winning mostly depends upon the way the tiles fall. You can play the same level many times every day for a week and still not win. It is very slow to load the graphics even while playing a level--sometimes so slow that I've thought the game had locked up. Then there are other times when the game plays itself. I've walked away from it and come back 5 (yes, I timed it once) minutes later and the game is still going without me. The final straw, and the reason this game is about to be deleted from my iPad, was that with the most recent update, I lost all my tickets (I had over 100) and was dropped from sapphire level, where I was ranked #2, to the very bottom of bronze. All in all, it's more frustrating than fun.

The Emerald City challenge is annoying. I wish you could opt out. There is no way to get 3 stars on higher levels. I’ve beaten levels with 18 moves left and still got 1 star. So I don’t understand how some people are getting so high of scores, when I’m getting nothing. There’s also a lot of flaws. I.e: moves that should happen but don’t, like one block to clear and three butterflies don’t clear it. Rigged!

Fun, but.....Glitchy. Thus the 1 instead of a 5. I had this game a year or so and played a lot until glitches made it so I couldn’t pass to next level when I should have. Got on again recently and was pretty good until I just hit 440. Got everything and then some, but it didn’t advance because it said I needed 2 more ice cubes. Very annoying. I guess I will have to check again in another year?

Why does the screen go white and not load the video to earn more plays??? Love the game, but so frustrating when it crashes at times, and freezes or goes into slo-mode too many times??? I may have to close this very special game. I totally agree with Cakewalk. Update: I am on level 128 and I am very frustrated!!! I love this game but I totally agree with Cakebaker. I corrected the reviewer's name before. The updates should have corrected the complaints from us I-pad users for this game!!! I will play a few more night then I will DELETE THIS GAME!?
Multiple game issues in higher levels

I’ve noticed ever since roughly level 800 or so, game play is horrendous. I’m currently at 1299 and each time I collect enough stars to get the extra “Glinda” help, I get the power ups and then my game freezes. Frequently while playing, power ups don’t work properly (clearing all items or collecting what it’s supposed to collect). I love this game but y’all gotta fix these bugs, it’s making me want to just delete it and be done.
