Sound does not play

After several attempts to reach support to no avail after paying $7.99. Very frustrated and so are my granddaughters. I have a new iPad and no sound on this app no matter what I do. Can not remove the X from the sound in the corner, any suggestions would be appreciated.

First off, the app is crippled without the in-app purchases. Second-off, even after you spend the $7.99 on it, the sound doesn't work - and support is incredibly tough to come by. Save yourself the energy and frustration - don't download this app.
Stopped working.
who cares about nick name
I had it for a while and it worked great and my kid loved it but it stopped working at all!!! Very disappointed, especially after spending money on it!
