Scrolling is broken

The app is no longer useable. While scrolling down through the articles the app constantly updates the screen and starts you all the back to the top again. It’s broken. Please fix ASAP!

WSJ is a fantastic place to get news. Finally, I can read information. If I want someone’s opinion, I can read an editorial. Other “news” sources merely give opinions disguised as news. I appreciate the fair and impartial journalism!

I never much read the journal before but after receiving a gift online prescription I’m hooked. Daily news coverage with minimal bias and the best business news there is, what’s not to like?

Print?

Disabling print from the mobile was an absolutely cynical change. Many of us like to print articles to read them later or on paper. Why eliminate that feature? I will absolutely be canceling the digital membership if this is not addressed.

Whenever I scroll down to try to read an article the whole slide function becomes glitchy and moves my viewer up or down. It is difficult to select an article and navigate the app.

Sometimes a bit difficult to retrieve a specific article that was in the print edition . I can’t print an article or even forward one even though I pay for digital membership. This is quite frustrating!!!!!

Skips stories while scrolling

I find when scrolling on a section page that the app will skip multiple stories. I like to skim the headlines, and if I want to scan one of the skipped stories, it does take multiple attempts to land back on the desired story, whether going up or down through the section.

I’m a self employed trader who uses the app to catch up on the day. It’s pretty good, I really like that the app reads to me so I can work and look at other things while I get the news because I’m reading a lot of the articles. I think the option to increase the size of the text is good; overall pretty good. The only thing, which is not necessary at all if it’s going to mess up other things, is that maybe we can get the option to change the speed of the reading. Otherwise I’m pretty content.
