Fun but no customer service

Fun game to play. Developer contact is horrid, still can't connect or access social aspect of game...making half of the game impossible.

Only problem I think, is it takes forever to complete the quests. You have to kill way too many...

Great game, very detailed, well-designed, and a lot to do. I’ve made it pretty far and haven’t spent real money on gems. The only thing that doesn’t work for me about the game is that they force you to have Facebook in order to progress in certain areas. With the last update, I can no longer connect to friends unless I also download the Facebook app. Previously I had just been using Facebook on safari on my iPad. I don’t want Facebook app installed on here.

I used to love this game. But after I had to reload it. It has been horrible. When I sell stuff it doesn’t give what it says it will. I had to start over and have not enjoyed it sense. Spoke to help but they didn’t help at all and seemed somewhat rude. Ya not play it any longer.

I loved Tribez and thought this game would be just as great. However, not having neighbors is boring! Unless you buy gems the game is slow and takes forever to acquire enough materials to complete quests. Having app sync to Facebook would solve lots of the disappointments.

Completely agree with the person who wrote patience, patience! Just when you think you’ve saved enough monies or gems to complete a task, you have to repeat several times to complete. I had not played for some time and then with the boredom of a cold winter started up again, ugh. Please keep it simpler and not so repetitive to finish a task!
