I really love this game but all of a sudden the game froze NOT my phone the actual game please help !

I love this game! It’s super fun to play and you don’t have to pay to play! There’s one glitch that has to be fixed though.... Whenever I log on, it says that I get a certain building (from the current event) and a free land token. When I claim it, the screen freezes. Not my phone, the game. I tried restarting my phone and the game, but nothing worked. Please fix this issue! -Anonymous

They have yet to fix the glitch of when you get the fine arts museum and it freezes completely. I’ve checked continuously and still it’s there! I uninstalled twice to see if it would do anything, nope! Come ON, EA. You’re not this slow on the Sims and other games you made, right?!

After emailing back & forth with a game advisor it has been determined it’s impossible to advance & get more donuts without spending actual money. Sorry but game is only getting 1 star until this gets changed.

This game is good, and all. but the only thing that bothers me is game breaking. Some buildings, like the “office of unemployment” can no longer be bought and placed down if unpurchased. This building is required to finish a quest, and if you fix this issue, I will gladly thank you, and change my rating.

When I when to the store and get the Flying Dutchman store it freezes my game up I have to close my game out. The first thing ever went wrong with the game.

When I went into Tapped out yesterday, i went to the daily challenges, and i won one of them. Then it said i won a free land token, and then it just froze. It didn’t move again. I refreshed it over and over, i shut down my iPad, but its still doing it. Please fix!

Keeps on freezing

2 days ago, I unlocked the museum of super fine arts and when I clicked to collect it, the game froze. I tried everything; I restarted the game and my phone, and it’s still freezing. I even tried today to see if it would work but it’s not. Please fix!!!

I’m obsessed but it I play all day BUT please do a major update or adjustments anything where we can turn these buildings a full 360 so we can turn them all around and adjust our little cities better I hate that it all buildings only face two ways and it makes my ideas look ugly because I can’t fully turn the buildings around. But the game is still cool
