Looks like I won’t be playing simpsons anymore after going in 5yrs cause I have no more space on my phone and tired of downloading the game every few days,:/ sad day

This game is a ton of fun, especially with all the character voices/responses. Newest update is driving me crazy. It makes me log in to my EA SPORTS account every time I want to log in & doesn’t store my info. Makes me not want to play anymore it’s such a hassle. Wish donuts were easier to come upon.

Major glitch has gone on for a year

Sooner or later, EA is going to screw you over. They have had a major glitch for more than a year that resets in loss of your progress (friend points, monorail parts and donuts, ability to jump to a character, tap radius, and more). Getting tech support to roll back the game to before the issue takes days and many contacts, costing you more progress and donuts. They will lie and say they are working on a fix, but after a year, nothing is coming soon. Rather than teach their techs to quickly roll you back to prevent further losses, they try to delay for days, costing you more. One star for such bad customer service and inept tech support.

Thank you for adding more land! I like that we are able to tap on the city hall and find the characters, but I have a suggestion for an update. I would like to tap on buildings and see who all can do jobs in those buildings. I prefer to have my people out in the town doing jobs so I can see them, but I also like how some buildings light up etc., so I want that as well. Right now I just find out by accident that characters have new jobs after we finish playing a new game. I invest way too much in this game but it’s the only vice I have and I’m not bored yet. ? If anyone needs more friends add me! I have a bunch that rarely play. msebring473

Every time I run the game it logs me out of my account I have to log in and reinstall all the 1400 updates the game requires which takes a good long 7 minutes of my time just to play a game please fix this this is my second problem already!

I’ve played this game for over four years but had to quit recently since the game now wants 800 meg updates daily. You get to play for a few minutes, you try to play the next day and it forces you to log in again and install the updates.

Anytime i open the game it “redownloads” the 781 mb update. I don't know if this is something the game has to do on launch, but it also logs me out of my account. This is very annoying to wait for, so if it could be fixed it would make not just my but many peoples experience with this game more pleasurable. This game would also be so much better if there was a search bar to find things in your inventory and placed building in your springfield that you could customize for building s that earn money or give xp/money boosts. Thank you
