One of the best on iOS

Syphercol

Was in development for a while but we'll worth the wait. Game is by far one of the best AAA games in the App Store. Brings me hope that more games of this caliber will continue to come to iOS as it has so much potential to be a viable hardcore gaming platform

Don't be fooled by fake reviews

This game is awful. It would have been awful 5 years ago. More than half of the positive reviews posted here were paid for by Ossian (the game developer). Please don't waste your money.

Best game ever

Dreamingoftokyo

Of all the RPGs I have played on ios this is by far the best, the graphics are great the story is fantastic and nothing short of being able to teleport into the game could improve it I hope for a sequel given the ending I have run out of words to explain this games awesomeness if you by one ios app this year by this one

Very entertaining and easy to pick up, but...

It will definitely come off as a bit too easy and linear for seasoned RPG players. Overall, though, a fun game with decent graphics (repetitive NPGs get a little annoying) and fun sidequests.

Leaves you wanting more...

Played game all the way through on a 5c with out crashes, bugs or issues. For me, the strengths in this game lie in the music, atmosphere, lore and looting. Shadow Sun succeeds in creating its own little world with a large background. A nice aspect of the game was a lack of auto-spawning. There is nothing more annoying than playing a game where you can sit and watch enemies appear every 30 seconds from the same spot. I think the developers choice to avoid this added to the experience. I think think the only complaint or suggestion i have would be to rebalance the combat system to increase difficulty or the strategy needed to take down foes. This game was a great experience and worth playing... It hints at a possible sequel, I honestly hope they make it.

If you're looking for something like Ravensword, forgetaboutit!

My son and I were utterly disappointed when we flushed 7 bucks down the toilet on this game. Played it for about 30 minutes hoping it would get better. It didn't. Unlike Ravensword, you have about a 5 feet area you can actually move around in. No jumping, climbing, etc. Nothing about this game worked for me. I deleted it off my phone. In the olden days I would've taken a game cartridge like this out to the curb and smashed it to bits. I want my money back.

It very good! ?

Should more games like these! :D

Great game!!!

This game is really great

Booooooo.

Sixty pilot

If you can get past the horrid graphics and terrible voice acting the story isn't half bad, but this ain't worth more than 99 cents.

Not Bad At All

Play it on hard if you're an experienced RPG fan. Solid game, especially at the current pricing. I bought 2 of the add-on packs for a grand total of $3! Great deal for many hours of play. I read the reviews and simply can't understand why people have come down hard on this game.
