Game keeps bombing out

I started playing this afternoon and three times I selected a picture to explore. All three times as the picture was opening up, the game bombed, booting me back to my home screen. To add insult to injury, the game kept the energy needed to open those pictures! Not only was I unable to explore the pictures, but I lost energy points trying. This game keeps getting worse with each update. Why aren’t the bugs fixed before updates are released, instead of making your players beta-testers.

Can anyone complete a new quest without buying anything?

First of all, I have been playing this game for about 3 years now. I guess you could say that I’m a fan. What I’d like to know is, can anyone actually win a quest without having to purchase some of the specialized tokens needed to enter the room? I noticed that you can get to maybe the pro level, but then it gets nearly impossible to complete the mission unless you actually spend money. I did it once or twice but now it just annoys me. I don’t think that’s fair. Shouldn't be a little less complicated and less expensive to win? I mean really, no one likes to be taken advantage of. If you can’t win without paying in a supposedly ‘free game’, what’s the point?

Game is huge, wish they could shrink the storage by half. Over 1 GB of storage. Hate when it keep taking you to the App Store for purchases constantly.

Repetitive play, weak story and poor graphics really let this game down. It's terrible compared to other hidden object games.

Need to adjust your app. Why can’t I continue playing my same game either on my iPad or iPhone?

Overall game preforms well. Some pictures are sluggish when item is tapped Biggest issue is trying to build a picture. Puzzle pieces will not rotate when “double tapped”. Please find a fix.
