Fun, addictive, but moves slowly at times and updates are not always well executed, makes things more slow and different is not always better, just different!

I enjoy the game, maybe too much. But it is always pushing the player to buy more of this and that. I chose a free game because I don’t want to waste money and my time.

I have played this game for a number of years thru two iPads. I play for the monthly game. The most recent was a good play. Some of the locations are so hard to play because the items are so small and they get blurred by the use of pastel colors that blend together. I will not play the “Jigsaw” game as it is too difficult with the time allowed. Also the reward for completing the monthly game is so minimal, it makes me question playing anymore.

People forget passwords and request to change. How can you change passwords if you can’t remember the old one. Why would you change your password if you remember the old one. Yes you can create new accounts and lose all your previous progress

I am not a fan of the “friends” update. I enjoy the game but if I want to continue searching, I would have to spend a significant amount of money.
Forced welcome back costs crystals

The game continues to force a welcome back which requires 5 crystals EVERY time in order to keep my progress in the game. 12 months, still not resolved. Very dissatisfied with this issue, but otherwise enjoy the game. Broke sownand purchased some crystals as to not lose my status.
