This app performs as described, so I give it four stars. As an entry level violinist, it's not really practical for me because I know very few scales. This app could be improved and indulge a larger audience by adding the option to play audio of the scales in order to help people who don't have the luxury of an instructor to harmonize with. This would be of great help to string players without frets, like me.

Very simple and very useful app

Selects musical scales at random. That's all it does. I guess this would seem kind of silly to a non-musician, but I actually use it all the time both at and away from the piano. Would be great if it also did chords at random too.

Loved the app before. Recommended it to my college students and the like. The latest update broke it, though. App won't even open on my iPhone 6 or iPad Air 2.

Keeps crashing

Ever since the last update, the app crashes every time I try to open it. Before this, it was extremely useful and well-designed, and I recommended it to several of my friends. Please fix this issue so I can use this app again!
