Zillow is a much better app, I vote it #1... On the other hand I can't say the same for this one... The developers should really explore apps like zillow & century21 then re-evaluate this.. 2 thumbs down

Really, a user can't search for more details using the identification number you use in your print edition!?!?!? How stupid is that! As so many others have observed, there are many other real estate apps that actually function with thoughtful logic. Go back to Microsoft where your skills will fit right in.

This app does not describe the property well at all. I can't even figure out what houses are listed in my own neighborhood, let alone actually search for what I want. (5+ acres near here). If you want info on any property, you basically have to send them your contact info & wait to hear from them.
Can't set search parameters

The presets won't allow for setting your own search parameters such as pricing or amenities. Not helpful.

Limited filters. Tiny little photos. No capability to shRe our flag favorites.
Pictures do not show up.

Until they update this app for latest iOS for I phone save your time. I have not been able to see any pictures of properties.
Lacking time-saving filters

Not a bad app but the filters are lacking. No option to select lot size or amenities (such as a pool, A/C, or a basement).
