The app is like a private cooking class in your own kitchen with an experienced chef who explains the preparation process. Stunning photographs, elegantly displayed in high resolution on your iPad, illustrate every step.
Every recipe starts with a photograph of all the ingredients used in the process. This way you can check at one glance whether you have all the groceries on hand before preparing the dish.
The cooking instructions are easy, clear, and concise. Along with the pictures, this helps novice cooks and experts alike remember even the small details. Each recipe is concluded by an illustration of the finished dish, complete with a serving suggestion.
The app contains 60 recipes, divided into four chapters: “soups & appetizers” “salads & light meals”, “family meals” and “special occasions”. The recipes in each chapter are illustrated in four columns on an overview page. Chapters can be scrolled vertically, so that you can play with your choices and visually decide on a dish to prepare.

I always look forward to the next installment of The Photo Cookbook series because I know its going to be another high quality app filled with DELISH and interesting recipes. This latest installment is great whether you're a vegetarian or just like me, one who really likes veggies!!! Once again, ditter.projektagentur GmbH has not disappointed and I can't wait to see what they come up with next!!

What a great app! I've never used some of the ingredients, so having photos of them is really good. If you're a new vegetarian like me, this is a good way to start off with implement recipes.

First let me star off by saying I don't write reviews EVER but I had to write one for this app! I'm a newbie vegetarian, and am really trying to eat healthier in the New Year! This app is amazing on the iPad!!! Even when you first open it the pictures are GREAT and I love how it sorted by categories. It is really well thought out and I also like how it shows you all the ingredients you need and step by step photos of how the food is supposed to look! You know what they say sometimes you EAT with your EYES, but this app really makes you want to make every recipe they have on there! I hope they come out with more than 60 recipes because I will be sure to get that app as well!!!
