Tokens shown do not match my online tokens

I have used this app sparingly because I have more tokens shown online then what is showing if I go to my pc and play games. I have far less than I actually have using this app which makes me wonder if they even get applied.
No ease of access

In order to use an app, you have to be able to ACCESS IT. It takes forever to enter sweepstakes because of ads every 3 seconds and constant popups asking if I want to enter something that I didn’t even choose. I get the sense of falseness when I use this app. Almost like everything is fake. I’ll give it another chance but after, I’m done. The developers seriously need to fix it

I love playing and would love 2 win SOMETHING once in a while. It’s very frustrating 2 only win tokens an have 2 sit through numerous ads on top of that. I’m really not 1 to complain but if we have 2 sit through a ton of ads at least fix the multiple crashes an make it smoother and more enjoyable.

I have played and sent orders in for my mother. She is no longer with us. Never won a prize. Praying I will someday WIN!!!! S J I have ordered from pch since the 90’s. I wish I knew a real person that wins. Would make a believer out of me. I will continue to order products as I can afford to. Playing the games is a bit difficult because I am having a little eye troubles.
Problems with the apps and emails.

I love the apps and the emails, but since your last update. I can open them. But I can’t use them!?? The go as as. Please look at all the items and make s selection today. But nothing!!!! Please fix whatever you messed up in the latest versions so I can get back to playing and winning and “ in it to win it”. Thank you

All these games are a waste of time. PCH bought out a gaming company and now forces us to use their games to qualify to win possible money. PCH needs to cut their outrageous shipping charges which is based on money spent and not on actual shipping weight. If they did this they would sell more products.
