Requires Facebook

Requires Facebook to add friends. Friends (and lots of them) seem to be necessary to success. The original settlers didn’t have Facebook and neither should this game.

Rename the Game

bfiel

You should rename the game Crash Trail, since the game always crashes.

Not Oregon Trail?

I downloaded this game remembering trying to go to Oregon? Fording rivers? Getting sick? Bandits? This is just a cheap tap farming game now. Was hoping it was what I remembered. Not Oregon Trail.

?Nothing like the original. ?

I agree, with the user, that said that, they wanted to travel the trail, not set not set up a camp. Come on Gameloft. It’s literally in the title “The Organ Trail.” You’re goal, is to pack up you, and your family, and try to make it to Organ. (Hopefully you all make it) The game isn’t called “The Organ, randomly set up a camp in the middle of nowhere, build things . And hope someone comes by,to use them.” Oh, and great job on making, the fake positive reviews, for the app. Almost fell for em’

This would be a great game except that you have to wait for energy to fill up again and to many things happen in the game that you have to spend a lot of money to fix your town again. If I didn’t have to spend so much money in this game I would give it 5 stars.

Please update

This is a super fun and addictive game, but it has not been updated in 3 years and has glitches in most areas. Please update or remove from the App Store.

Game is so old!

This is unfortunate because I really used to enjoy this game. The game play freezes all the time, the game screen is not formatted to new phones. Leaves a huge black area at the bottom of the screen. You cannot visit others settlements. Forget about hunting, the animal stops in one place while your character is also frozen and the only way to stop is to shut the whole game down. I contacted game loft for them to only reply with their generic “delete the game and download it again.” Which I did do and it still is the same. Proof was sent to them of the problems with now no response. Not worth it anymore! Beware! Doesn’t look like the game has had any updates in quite some time as well.

Interesting game - KC

Enjoyable for me. Creation, building, and design of your own area seems fun. There's a draw to it. The interactions with settlers definitely adds much to the game. If game developers were to add more to this aspect especially with other towns and the possibility of creating other areas, I imagine there might be a greater interest than than there already is amongst other players. The other map option is interesting and definitely helps. Though, there are some curious aspects, i.e. energy levels staying constant as levels progress despite new tasks, and the time allotted to augmenting to new areas seems to increase largely with each instance - from 12 to 24 to 36 hours until the new area is ready for cultivation. And unfortunately, at times, and the purpose of me writing, the app won't load or shuts down. I understand it happens sometimes, but was wondering what the issue could be as I don't want to reload the app and lose current effort and work as has happened with other apps and games. If anyone knows a solution on how not to lose current status and on the shut down, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

App started crashing

Hill House Media

Great game, I love it. But the app started crashing all of the sudden out of nowhere. It would not open, after checking for updates it just closes down.
