Rojshawn Dontae aka Nappy Chef founder of The Nappy Chef started his career off outside of the Atlanta, Georgia area.
At the tender age of 13, He realized his passion for cooking with a goal to provide good food that is cooked and made fresh with simple honest recipes that tastes extraordinary.
At the age of 28 Rojshawn became the apprentice of a world class Chef by the name of John Makin which sparked his interest to take his cooking skills to another level.
He fuse Italian techniques, with southern, sustainable ingredients (whenever possible) global flavors and memories of grandma's kitchen to offer you a home style twist of southern gourmet and fine cuisine.
