I just spent 45 minutes attempting to get the app to work. First, it timed out when trying to schedule my cleaning time and wouldn’t let me log back in to my newly established account saying it was the incorrect password. It was definitely the right password and email so have no idea why it wouldn’t work. I setup a new account with my husbands email. Took a dozen tries to schedule the cleaning time without the app freezing up - then when I clicked on the payment information button, it went to my home screen. And again, now it won’t let me login to the account I created with my husbands email and the information I am entering is definitely correct. Shame because I really liked the idea of the service.

There’s no customer support or help for issues

I scheduled a recurring day and time for my monthly cleaning and paid, then as soon as my card was charged received a notification that my selected date was actually fully booked and that they’d automatically rescheduled me for two days later (when I will be traveling out of town.) There’s no way to cancel the cleaning or the package and the ap makes you sign a waiver allowing a perfect stranger a copy of your keys and so if anything breaks or goes missing from your home you’re 100% liable. There’s no number or email to contact to ask for help and I have no idea what to do aside from cancelling my trip to make sure I can be home.

Had a deep cleaning by them for my apt and I am surprised by the poor job they did. It was my first time using the service so now I know that I can do better by myself. Things looked orderly but there are so many details weren’t attended to considering you pay for a deep cleaning.

Horrible app, good service

Recently updated app is awful. Keeps crashing, won’t let you make any changes to your scheduled cleaning without the app crashing. Or it simply will not allow you to open the options to make a change. Also, the contact us section is blank with no ability to contact team. Also, in general very difficult to use. But if you can get the app working, the service is very good. Unfortunately takes a lot of work to accomplish as the website cannot be used for scheduling.
