I enjoyed reading Tollë's work and even listened to the audio versions several times. But there was an esoteric nuance to Tollë's brilliance that kept me at 'reader' and got in my way of becoming an emersed 'participant' of my own thinking. Enter Sean Sullivan. Professor Sullivan offers an interpretation of this "school" that provides clear direction and creates a clear understanding of the 'observer/participant' dialectic that is needed for personal transformation. Great stuff...

Insightful and helpful

There are those times when someone says something small and you react big... Why did you feel that extreme emotion to something that should have been no big deal? What is keeping you from success or driving your decisions? This app and the book behind it will help you figure it out. I'm not done yet, but I am so exited to be on this journey. The app is well put together and is easy to use. The next button is sticky sometimes, but no real glitches anywhere.

Smart way to learn about the latest brain science-- by putting it to use in your own life day by day building your own brain habits. I've never really seen advanced writing or ideas presented to a regular/lay reader so clearly. I really like this...!
