This is a great app that gives people a sense safety and I feel comfortable with how easily i get to express myself from the comfort of anywhere.

Let’s see how long this works for me. I feel a need for this type of expression outlet. We shall see the outcome. I wanted to start a blog especially after I lost out big time on something recently that I think if I had posted my upset the outcome would have been different. This upset would have been best shared with members of this type of community rather than people who have had no experience w people w anxieties. I am still very upset about the outcome I experienced. Time will tell if posting a blog type account may help me in the future. I have a therapist, but even w her assistance I was still upset w the result.

This app is a godsend ?

When you’ve given up, and feel like no one around will ever understand, this app can be like a warm hug or embrace you didn’t know you were looking for. No matter your struggle there’s almost always someone that can relate... and even make you laugh sometimes. I’ve always loved this app...it’s MIGHTY helpful ?

I truly LOVE this app! It’s so much more than a informational blog or support group, like the other apps/sites for folx living with chronic illness. It brings out the creative, confident and happy me, even when I’m struggling.?

Phases

Sometimes I go through phases where I skip reading the daily topics, but I’m always glad they keep coming because when I do read them, they are always valuable ?

This app is sometimes my best friend. Even though it’s sad that these conditions exist, it’s nice to know that I am not the only. I recommend this app to my friends, and even suggested it to my counselor and she is referring her other patients. I try to educate myself about my diagnoses, and this is the place for that. Thank you for the app, and thank you for the contributors. Danelle Blackford, PTSD and all encompassing mental health diagnoses from 17 years at 911 dispatcher. I appreciate this site because sometimes the conversations make me feel not so alone.
