I have not gone through it all, I liked the ad. Showing the visual and guided pieces along with the mental piece, information from the book. I am motivated to meditate on this. Ox love and peace to all.
good content, frustrating to use

I really enjoyed reading and browsing the content on this app, and felt that there was a lot of valuable information. However, while trying to read it, the ebook very frequently would jump back to the title page. Makes rereading or jumping to certain pages very frustrating. If this was fixed, I'd definitely give it five stars.

As another reviewer pointed out, ebook jumps back to home page 90% of the time while reading the first page you scroll to. Makes a good portion of the content unusable :( I was psyched to dig into it, too.

At first I didn't want to download this cause you have to go through ITunes, but I'm really glad I did. You get a lot of stuff in this app - the 3 money meditations to listen to and all the ebooks too. Really good advice for free. And I'm convinced more every day that it works!
