Got this for my toddler, who immediately turned into zombie baby twice through the alphabet. The illustrations and available actions are very entertaining (even for me) and colorful.

Wow - this app is super. So much more interactive detail than most abc apps...and we have a ton. Thanks!

A lovely app. Top marks. It's simple, effective and quite clever. The narrator has a hint of an Irish accent. I'd give it an extra star for that if I could.

An excellent ABC book for my 1 and 3-year-olds. We also have the book "Wee AB See" and they're both good, but I think this one is the best. This one has more jokes for kids to grow into, and more interest for a kid that may already know their basic ABCs. For example: The letter D has a drum kit you can play, and the letter X has a playable xylophone. Several of the letters start with a wide shot of something that begins with the letter in question (A - apple) then zoom into the intended item (A - ant, who is sitting on the apple). And some of the animations and sounds send my 3-year-old into giggle fits. Just a great ABC.

What a disappointment! For $2.99 I excepted something a little more exciting and maybe an alphabet quiz. I could do this with good old fashioned flash cards! I think there awarded far better alphabet apps out there. Also here in America we do not pronounce Z as zed!

This is the worst app. It crashed my ipad. Even when it worked it was slow. Oh, and it doesn't have educational value either.

This app is nicely designed, but there is not much to it. Not sure what Boing Boing was judging this against, but there are better, more reasonably priced ABC apps out there.

Each page of the book app is filled with interaction for a preschooler or kindergartner. It will entertain and educated at the same time.

Although slightly overpriced, engaging graphics and creative interactivity on every screen make this an appealing app. Being able to repeat letters and sounds help new learners and play is highly motivating. The xylophone needs to be reversed and z changed from zed to z in American version. A letter navigation screen would be very helpful, too. Still, kids liked it a lot at least 2 or 3 times.
